Request for the DSA Henry Doorly Zoo Pass must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A Special Pass Membership will only allow one family visit per day.
- Multiple families from the same organization cannot visit in the same day. Only one family will be allowed to use the program benefits per day.
- Group must check in at Guest Services Ticketing Windows and fill out paperwork for that day’s visit.
